What went wrong in the relationship?

“When the company we worked with was sold, we lost our account representative and then we were passed around to different account managers, junior representatives, and assistants. There was a lot of inconsistency, which made us nervous. In the end, we had an emergency situation and we couldn’t reach anyone. We believe that someone should always be there for us, the students and their families.”

What were you looking for in a new relationship?

“Our group is usually over 250 people who fly across the country, so we want attention, consistency, and reliability so we can be confident that things are being managed properly.”
