Leading a Tour with NationsClassroom

The NationsClassroom Process

Inspire

Step One: Let’s See if We are a Mutal Fit

Unlike many of our competitors, NationsClassroom is a smart growth and family-owned company.  We do not want to “sell you.”  Should we meet, our goal is to determine if we are a mutual fit.  We will ask questions such as:

  • What is your dream tour?
  • What are your non-negotiables?
  • What do you NOT WANT?
  • If you had a magic wand?
  • What haven’t we asked?
  • How can I implement your Curriculum?
  • How can we match your school’s Mission and Values?

We will then answer your questions.

Educators have come to love our approach in that there is no pressure.  If we are not a fit, we will gladly recommend a few other companies.

Additionally, the person you meet with will not love you and leave you.  They will be highly involved in your tour from start-to finish to ensure that all of our promises are kept.

Customize

Step Two: A One-of-a-Kind Trip Just for You and Your Students

We take notes from our first visit and develop a custom proposal, often with multiple options for you to consider. We explain the benefits of each suggestion to help you determine what is best for you.

Promote

Step Three: Promotion and Tour Planning

We know you are crazy busy. So, we pretty much take it from here.

  • Promotion and Registration – We provide Custom Promotional Materials including posters for your room and electronic reminders about your tour and Promotional Parent  Night  which we will run for you.
  • Itinerary Development and Review – The person you meet on your call will meet with you from time-to-time to share itinerary updates and gain your thoughts.

Go Confidently

Step Four: Relax and Enjoy

We have Three Keys to Tour Greatness –

  • Nations Tour Guides are Rock Stars. Your students will love them as they bring your destination to life. You will love them as they work for you to manage the tour and think three steps ahead on things like weather, traffic, mood of your group, etc.
  • Nations On-Site Coordinator(s) will manage your airport arrival and departure at your destination, ensure a simple and smooth hotel check in and place Night Security and stay with you overnight at your hotel. They even get up early to make sure breakfast is ready.
  •  Finally, our Tour Operations Center is proactively monitoring your tour 247.

Everything is Included with a NationsClassroom Tour

Transportation

Your transportation will be convenient and comfortable in the air or on the ground. Whenever possible, flights to and from your gateway city are direct. Deluxe motor coaches with friendly drivers, TVs, DVD players, and a lavatory are a must!

Tour Guide

Your Tour Guide will be an expert on your destination, but most importantly, our guides connect with your students. Your tour guide also will be flexible and accommodating to your requests and able to make adjustments when necessary should weather or traffic merit.

Lodging

Hotels are student-friendly, with only interior corridors in safe areas that maximize your touring time. You can expect to stay in hotels from premier brands such as Crowne Plaza, Doubletree, Hilton, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Marriott, and Sheraton.

Tour Coordinator

In addition to your Tour Guide, your tour coordinator will secure tickets and inspect hotel rooms. Your Tour Coordinator will stay with your group overnight at your hotel. They will make sure your students have plenty of water each day and are available to track down a forgotten phone or backpack.

Meals

The great news is that you always have a say in where you and your students will eat. We provide three meals daily, including a full student buffet at your hotel each morning. Meals on tour offer a wide variety, with the ability to properly feed those with special situations, and are convenient to your attractions.

Security

Sleep worry-free. Professional security will be on duty from 10:30 PM until 5:30 AM each evening. They are in charge of keeping your students safe and in their rooms. They are another layer of added security in addition to hotel security.

Attractions

Your tour is all-inclusive. All admission fees to attractions are included. Your Student Travel Consultant will discuss which attractions best fit your goals and curriculum to develop an itinerary that matches all your requests.

Tips

You don’t have to turn your couch cushions up looking for loose change. Generous tips are provided for your bus driver, tour guide, and hotel staff.
