Below is a sample itinerary that may be customized to meet the needs of your group.

Day 1: Driving Tour, Central Park, & Evening Activity

  • Morning flight from your departure airport to a New York City area airport.
  • Arrive in NYC and meet your NationsClassroom Tour Guide.
    Board your tour coach bus and your tour begins.
  • Upper Manhattan Driving Tour
    Features St. John the Divine, Grant’s Tomb, Harlem, Columbia University, and Museum Mile.
  • Walking Tour through Central Park
    Stroll through the oldest landscaped park in the U.S. and the iconic shooting location of more than 300 movies.
  • Customize your afternoon when you choose two NYC experiences for your group.
    Appointments of choice may include Broadway Classroom, Radio City Music Hall Backstage Tour, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Tenement Museum, United Nations Tour, Madame Tussaud’s, or the National Geographic Encounter Ocean Odyssey.
  • Dinner and your choice of an evening activity for your group (choose one of the following):
    • Top of the Rock Observatory
      Ascend more than 850 feet up to the three-tiered observation platform at 30 Rockefeller Center for an unforgettable experience that includes a panoramic 360-degree, unobstructed view.
    • Empire State Building Observatory
      Your visit begins in an elegant art deco lobby with murals adorning the stone walls. Visit the observation deck on the 86th floor for a bird’s-eye view of the city.
    • One World Observatory
      Also known as the Freedom Tower, your group will ascend 102 stories in just 47 seconds on an astonishing ride that reveals the transformation of New York City from unsettled lands to today’s forest of skyscrapers.
  • Overnight in your choice of a hotel in Midtown Manhattan or just outside of the city.
